Why a demo for Premium instead of a trial?: Premium adds the back office — purchase orders, inventory, timecards, and accounting sync — which works best set up with your real suppliers and staff. A 15-minute call gets that configured with you. Most shops go live the same day.
What does the free trial include?: 14 days of the full Pro plan — garment placements and mockups, one-link customer approval, the live production board and proof gate, invoicing, and Stripe payouts. When it ends, choose Starter, Pro, or Premium. Nothing is deleted either way.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro later?: Yes. Upgrade anytime from your account settings — your data, customers, and quotes carry over automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. No cancellation fee, no lock-in period.
How do extra users work?: Starter includes 4 users, Pro includes 8, and Premium includes 15. Extra users are $12/month on Starter and Pro and $15/month on Premium — still under what Printavo or ShopVox charge per seat.
Where does my customers’ money go?: Straight to your bank. On Pro and Premium you connect your own Stripe account, so invoice payments settle to you under your shop’s name — we take no cut. Your subscription is billed monthly by card, with no annual commitment.
